NZ Windfarms Limited (“NWF”) advises that the Bank of New Zealand ("BNZ”) guarantee in favour of Powerco Transmission Services Limited ("Powerco”) for $11,072,000, as referred to on page 38 of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2014, will be renewed for thirteen months from expiry of the existing guarantee to 30 November 2015.
Palmerston North City Council Response to Consent Application
NZ Windfarms Limited (NWF) advises that the Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) has not accepted the company’s application for changes in some conditions to the Land Use Consent for the Te Rere Hau wind farm.
NZ Windfarms confirms changes sought to Te Rere Hau consent.
NZ Windfarms Ltd has applied to the Palmerston North City Council for changes in some conditions to the Land Use Consent granted in 2005 for the Te Rere Hau windfarm. The changes are sought under section 127 of the Resource Management Act.
