NZX Announcement - High Court Appeal Decision

NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises they have been successful in their appeal to the High Court.

The appeal related to one aspect of the earlier Environment Court decision, being Declaration 1.9. This delcaration has now been set aside as has Palmerston North City Council's cross appeal.

NWF is keen to positively resolve any issues of its resource consent with the Council, the residents and broader community. The wind farm is currently engaged in further sound level monitoring required to establish that Te Rere Hau wind farm is operating within the conditions of its exicting consent.
