APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Derek Eades has replaced Ken Bugden as Chief Financial Officer of NZ Windfarms Limited.

Derek has extensive experience in senior financial roles in the public sector. Derek will be based in the Manawatu, where NZ Windfarms has its operating assets.

NZ Windfarms CEO Chris Sadler thanked Ken Bugden for his contribution over the previous 12 months and looks forward to working with Derek.

Derek will commence duties from 29 July 2013.
