Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Ken Bugden has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of NZ Windfarms Limited.

Ken has extensive experience in senior financial roles and was previously Chief Financial Officer at a number of organisations including Waste Management, Mighty River Power and Opus Print Group.

NZ Windfarms Chairman, Wyatt Creech said "the Board is very pleased to have engaged someone of Ken's experience to this role, and he will be a valuable addition to our organisation.

Ken will commence duties from 1 June 2012.
