NZ Windfarms Lmited ("NWF") advises that its annual meeting is to be held on Tuesday 27 November 2012 and, pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual meeting close on Wednesday 26 September 2012.
