NZX Announcement - 2012 Annual Meeting resolution results
NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the results of the director elections poll at the shareholders Annual Meeting held in Auckland on Tuesday 27 November 2012.
By a show of hands, shareholders resolved as an ordinary resolution that Vicki Buck and Mike Allen be re-elected as directors of NZ Windfarms Limited.
Also by a show of hands, shareholders resolved as an ordinary resolution that the directors of NZ Windfarms Limited be authorised to fix, for the financial year ended 30 June 2013, the fees and expenses of Deloitte as auditors of the company.
