NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises it has determined to proceed with the acquisition of TRH Services Limited. TRH Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Windflow Technology Limited established to operate and maintain NWF's Te Rere Hau windfarm.
The purchase price will be based on the net tangible asset of TRH Services Limited.
