NZX Announcement - NWF Completes Acquisition of TSL
NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises it has completed the acquisition of TRH Services Limited ("TSL") from Windflow Technology Limited ("WTL").
The final purchase price will be based on the net tangible asset value of TRH Services Limited. As a consequence of the acquisition, WTL will no longer provide operation and maintenance to NWF. NZ Windfarms, through TRH, will look to undertake this work itself.
