NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") has received a proposed resolution sent in by a shareholder seeking that it be considered at the Annual Meeting.
This notice therefore constitutes an amended Notice of Meeting to replace the Notice of Meeting sent on 28 September 2011 and includes the resolution received by the board on 3 October 2011.
