NZX Announcement - Te Rere Hau Resource Consent

NZ Windfarms advises that an agreement has been reached with the one Appellant to the Resource Consent for the Te Rere Hau Eastern Extension.

The Appellant is now in the process of requesting withdrawal of his appeal to the Environment Court. This now means that following confirmation of the withdrawal NZ Windfarms will have clear consent to locate the 32 Batch 4 turbines in the Extension area. Work is advanced on meeting the necessary pre-construction conditions of the resource consent.
