Today we lodged our Notice of Meeting and Shareholder Newsletter. NZ Windfarms notes that since printing the Shareholder Newsletter it has received advice from the Planning Commissioners on the Resource Consent.

NOTICE OF MEETING AND SHAREHOLDER NEWSLETTER

Today we lodged our Notice of Meeting and Shareholder Newsletter which will be mailed out to Shareholders later today. These documents are also available on our website: www.nzwindfarms.co.nz.

NZ Windfarms (NWF) notes that since printing the Shareholder Newsletter it has received advice that a decision from the Planning Commissioners on the Resource Consent application for the Eastern Extension will not be available before 11 January 2010. This decision was previously expected to be available before Christmas.
