NZX Announcement - Changes to December 2009 Preliminary Announcement
NZ Windfarms advises that today it has re-filed with NZX its December 2009 Preliminary Announcement correcting two minor typographical errors in the Announcement released on 1 March 2010 and to record the nominal pre-tax discount rate (related to weighted average cost of capital) in note 2 in the Announcement released on 1 March 2010.
The changes do not impact the Group results presented in the Preliminary Announcement.
