NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") is pleased to advise that given the number of applications for rights received and the underwriting commitments obtained to date, NWF has now received, in aggregate, applications and commitments for the $31.4m sought under its capital raise.
The following shareholders have made commitments to take up their full entitlement under the rights issue, and to participate in underwriting any potential shortfall in applications, as follows:
