CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER RESIGNATION

NZ Windfarms Limited advises that the Chief Financial Officer, Garry Forward, has tendered his resignation which will take effect from 29 January 2010. Garry's resignation is prompted by his desire to establish himself as an independent consultant and develop a range of clients. Garry has indicated his availability to NZ Windfarms in a part time consultancy capacity after he ceases being an employee. We will evaluate ongoing requirements for the role, and the options for meeting those requirements before making a final decision on how the role is resourced in the future.
