Warren Koia, Chief Executive

Warren joined the Company as Chief Executive in May 2019. He does not hold any shares in the Company.

Prior to joining the Company, he was a portfolio manager with a $280 million buy side investment fund focussing on listed equites and alternative assets. Warren’s corporate experience is in capital markets, general management and local government. He has investment experience in a number of sectors globally and locally including the NZ listed utilities sector.

Adam Radich, GM Operations

Adam joined the Company in 2011. In 2013 he was appointed Site Manager and in April 2018 he became GM Operations. He does not hold any shares in the Company.

Adam is a registered electrician and level four qualified electrical engineer. Adam brought with him 8 years experience in fault finding and diagnostics for manufacturing and process industries. He has a Diploma in frontline management and qualifications in hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC programming and diagnostics, and health and safety.

Adam reports to the Board on operations and maintenance matters.
