NZ Windfarms Ltd (NWF) offers investors a unique opportunity to invest directly in wind energy.  As a publicly listed company on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZSX), NZ Windfarms shares can be traded on the market.  The company's Second Public Offering in June 2007 raised NZ$75 million.

On 5 May 2010 NZ Windfarms announced that under the Rights Issue the Company had raised the full NZ$31.4 million sought under the Capital Raising.
