NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises that its annual meeting is to be held on Tuesday 22 November 2011 and,
pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual meeting close on Friday 23 September 2011. All nominations must be received by 4:00 pm on the closing date.
