NZX Announcement - Determination of Independent Directors

Following the election of Wyatt Creech and the re-election of Vicki Buck and Juliet McKee at the Shareholders' General Meeting held on Friday 18 December 2009, the Board of NZ Windfarms Limited has determined, in its view, Derek Walker, Vicki Buck, Wyatt Creech and Juliet McKee to be Independent Directors.
