ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATES

NZ Windfarms Limited advises that its annual meeting is to be held on Friday 18 December 2009 and, pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual meeting close on 20 November 2009.  All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
